You know the columella area.. that part was sticking out a little downward, so they said they’d trim it a bit... but now that I’ve come back from surgery and looked, I feel like they cut too much, and my nose seems completely upturned... It’s turned into a unicorn nose.... I only had the tip done, without adding anything to the bridge... Is this okay?? I’m so worried it looks like a snub nose... I’m really depressed...
