I had surgery today using autologous dermis from my buttocks. A few weeks ago I had it done with silicone, but it didn’t suit me, so I had it removed again. In the case of silicone, smoking can cause inflammation around the implant and that’s why it’s bad, but since everything is my own tissue now, wouldn’t it be okay to smoke? I’m a heavy smoker.. Please answer And how is the swelling? Compared with the first time, does it swell more?
