The thing I'm considering together with facial contouring is rhinoplasty. I don't like a really strong, chalk-stick-looking nose and want it to look natural. I have a hump, and my nasal tip droops. If I do it without an implant, would it look less obviously surgical than using an implant? My nose also seems a bit crooked. And I looked it up and saw there are three options: costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and nasal septal cartilage. Is there also a difference in outward appearance?
