The estimates from nose surgery clinics are more similar than I expected. Other people seem to worry because the estimates differ, but I’m worrying because mine are similar. For a man with a hump nose and a low nose like mine, I don’t have any aversion to silicone. It’s the same in that donor costal cartilage would be used during surgery. I thought I’d like to get a variety of recommendations if possible, but most were against ear cartilage. They said that because my nose is low now, there will be a step-off after shaving down the hump, and if I want to raise the height, it would be difficult to support it with ear cartilage alone. I’ve already been to some fairly well-known places like ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅁㅇㄷ, and ㅈㅇㅈㅇㅈㅇㅈ. Should I visit more clinics? They recommended costal cartilage, either autologous or donor…
