After multiple revision surgeries due to several side effects, in the end, all implants were removed, so my nasal tip drooped.. (first photo) Because of scar tissue, my nose has become blunt and has a masculine line, so I’m considering revision surgery.. I want to lower the overall size.. height of my nose.. I asked one clinic for virtual surgery and a consultation.. (second photo) and they said my bone itself is high, so I shouldn’t touch anything else and should only raise the nasal tip, and they did a virtual simulation for me.. How is my nose? Isn’t it too high? Would it be prettier to do overall osteotomy? or something.. to lower the height and create a nasal tip with a beoseon-style line? Or should I only do the nasal tip, as the doctor said?
