I had 3 mm silicone and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but it looks too unnatural and because of side effects and a feeling of pressure, I’m just planning to remove it… But I really like my current nasal tip height, so can I remove only the silicone, leave the nasal tip and columellar strut as they are, and raise the nasal bridge again with something like autologous dermis so there’s no step-off? If I only do it like this, how much would the estimate be… Do most people who remove silicone usually remove everything? I don’t want to go back to my original nose, I literally just want to take out the silicone and match only the nasal bridge to the nasal tip height with dermis
