I had my cartilage tied to correct a bulbous nose, but my nose looks too pinched, so I want to do something about it. My nostrils are pinched too lol. I thought about early correction, but aside from the contraction phase, scar tissue, and opening the columella twice, there are so many other things I’m worried about, so I’m thinking of just accepting it as dead time, waiting half a year, and then trying. Some people do say that before one month, when adhesions start forming, it should be released as quickly as possible, but if I have it released and repositioned right when I reach six months, could it get better?
