It’s been 2 years since I had nose surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I can’t do eum-pa-eum-pa, and the columella area is hard, so it feels like it doesn’t stretch. Even when I smile, should I say it feels like the columella is fixed in place? I think it’s because of the septal extension. If I remove it, does this get better too? If anyone has had removal, please let me know
