Among people who have had nose implant removal, has anyone removed costal cartilage that had been used? I don’t think I’ve seen that in reviews from other communities either My nose was originally low and small, so if I remove everything, I feel like if both the silicone and donated costal cartilage are taken out, contracture will come severely. Assuming there is no inflammation, does contracture occur more severely the higher the nasal bridge was built up, or does it occur more the longer it has been since surgery?
