After nasal implant removal, if a depression occurs, autologous dermis or Megaderm is recommended, but I’m worried about autologous dermis because of the absorption rate. I’ve tried AlloDerm before, and it disappeared without a trace. I haven’t tried Megaderm, but I’ve seen people who have Megaderm removed too. What’s the reason? Do they remove it because inflammation occurs? For me, choosing the material is one of the options, and it’s something I have to decide on for the removal surgery, so could you share your experiences with Megaderm?
