For a man, how much does the nose change if you get it done? I don’t think it would be enough to change my life, so I’m conflicted. I have a bulbous nose and a hump nose, and I need alar reduction too. There probably won’t be a dramatic improvement, so I’m wondering whether it’s right to do it just for the degree of improvement. Guys, what do you think?
