I'm a man who got mini lifting along with facial liposuction, mainly on the jawline, double chin, and cheek fat. It's been more than half a year since the surgery, and my face is still maintained much slimmer now haha. From my personal experience, whether it's facial liposuction or anything else, I think it would also be good to lose some weight to a certain degree before getting surgery. You lose as much as you can on your own, and for the parts that absolutely won't work, you get surgical help haha. I had a double chin, my face was long and round, and my jawline was indistinct, but once the jawline became clearly defined, in photos and videos too …
