You know cases where the dorsal hump is really severe. My nose was exactly like that, and when I got consultations at other hospitals, they said it could be corrected enough with Hiko nose filler/thread lifting, so I tried that too, but honestly I didn’t see any effect. I asked several people here too, and they said that in cases like a bulbous nose with a severe hump, osteotomy is almost essential. But osteotomy isn’t an easy surgery, you know.
