I had nose surgery by an ENT specialist for functional rhinoplasty, and at the time I was told they would treat rhinitis and septal function at the same time, refine the nasal bridge with silicone, and raise the nasal tip. But the dorsal hump on my nasal bridge barely changed and is still the same, while the nasal tip has been pinched like those flashy noses women get. So now I’m considering revision surgery. It feels like only the nasal tip is pinched high on a nasal bridge that still has a hump, and they said revision surgery or after-service is possible from 6 months onward, so I waited.
