I originally had a naturally low nose, and 10 years ago I put in 45 mm silicone. Recently, the feeling of pressure has gotten severe, and most decisively, I’m stressed because the central axis has become crooked, so I want to remove it. I wonder if it would be okay to remove it and leave my bare nose as is. Why did I ever touch my nose I don’t want to put anything else in.
