I’m considering removal and have gone to consultations at several places. They said that if I remove it, the nasal tip cartilage may return, but if it’s severely damaged, it would need reconstruction. If reconstruction is needed, there would be additional costs, the shape would be unpredictable, and I’m worried it might collapse again after reconstruction.
