When I searched, I found that while there aren't a lot of people who developed the same problem as me, there are some. Before nose surgery, I used to hear a lot that my teeth were even, but after nose surgery, my philtrum started protruding and my front teeth protruded too. But for those whose philtrum protrudes severely and doesn't change, check whether cartilage is showing through a lot at the nasal tip. For me, it shows through a lot. The skin color of my nasal tip is very different from the rest of my face. The nasal tip is much whiter. I also wonder if this problem happened because the nasal tip was raised too high.
