Is there anyone here who had full removal at ㅍㄹㅁ, including septal extension? My nose has had a lot done: 3 mm silicone, septal extension, and bulbous nose correction. I went to all of the big three, and ㅍㄹㅁ's consultation appealed to me the most, but I'm a bit concerned because there are no before-and-after photos. After seeing bad reviews about ㅅㅅㅇ and ㄱㅅㅇ, I no longer consider them. But with ㅍㄹㅁ, I haven't seen many bad reviews, so that bothers me in its own way. I'm in my early 20s, and after my nose got botched once, the daily life I had been living well has been ruined. This time, it really cannot go wrong.
