Last year, I had septal extension with a support strut, osteotomy, hump reduction, and alar base reduction, but lately whenever I read posts about side effects, I get so, so worried about the condition my nose will be in 10 or 20 years from now. I did it because my complex was severe, but now I feel like I'm going to develop serious anxiety because of side effects. My nasal tip has also drooped a bit, and has anyone had septal extension removed? If it's removed, I wonder if the nasal bridge will weaken and collapse. Since it would be reconstruction, I think the cost would be expensive too, and I honestly feel so stuck. Even when dating, being asked why my nose is hard is like that too, and I really wonder why I did it. If it's going to be like this, other surgeries too…
