Hi, I just signed up, so please help me 17 years ago, I had my dorsal hump shaved, my nose length extended, silicone inserted, the nasal tip tied, and a lot of other things done. It was too unnatural, but with makeup it was passable, and I had no other side effects, so I endured it. All because I didn't want revision surgery. Sigh, I was so ignorant.
