I prefer a natural-looking nose, and I’m not getting revision surgery because of inflammation. I had surgery without an implant, so the nasal tip is too high compared with the nasal bridge, and the cartilage at the nasal tip sometimes shows through. Is there a hospital that’s good at natural-looking revision rhinoplasty? Also, this time I want to have it done with a closed approach. I wonder if that’s possible.
