It’s been 6 years since surgery, and I had osteotomy and had the hump shaved down, but my nose seems to have drooped more than at first. Would it be better to get revision surgery again? Not long after I had it done, I liked the side profile, but from the front, it seemed like the nasal tip would protrude too much, so my friend said it looked weird and told me to just take everything out. So I also feel like I shouldn’t make it any higher, and I have a lot of worries My nose was already really big, so I just asked them to remove the hump and make it smaller, but somehow I still feel something is lacking and I’m not satisfied Is it a difficult condition to have a pretty nose like other people?
