I only had the nasal tip done, but they said they used donated costal cartilage and lengthened it, so when I asked if that meant they extended the nasal septum, they said they used donated costal cartilage near the columella so it would act like a pillar. Then that means it’s a columellar strut, right? Ear cartilage step-off at the nasal tip, fascia reinforcement, bulbous nose surgery. Before surgery, I wasn’t told about bulbous nose surgery, but when I asked, they said they did bulbous nose surgery. They said it’s a surgery where they gather the spread-out cartilages and remove some unnecessary soft tissue, but I’ve never looked into bulbous nose surgery so I’m not really sure. I don’t even hope for my original nose, I just hope it doesn’t become upturned Is my nose one that had a lot of manipulation done?
