It’s been about 5 years since I had rhinoplasty, and the cartilage showing through is bothering me more and more I did have my nose made quite high, but these days the cartilage seems to stand out even more, and there’s also a slight dark shadow. I’m worried it might eventually break through the skin. Should I get revision surgery, or would it be better to just have it removed?
