It looked like contracture, but the place where I had surgery said it doesn’t look significantly upturned, and that it probably feels that way because the nose line came out slightly high, so I should be fine. So I’d been living with it just okay, but when I looked at my previous photos, I really felt like it wasn’t right, so I went around for consultations on my own.
