I went around for removal consultations, and they said something called tip debulking from my first surgery is an issue. It means nasal tissue was removed, and they said if too much was removed, they might have to fill that area with ear cartilage or something. Some people said there are cases where they have to just close it back up and come out, and others said that if nasal tissue was removed, the nose can become deformed later, after 5 years or more, and then fat grafting would be needed… Everyone says something different… Is there anyone like me…
