They say this place is good at extremely difficult noses, only does two surgeries a day, and the reviews around me were so good. Ear cartilage is showing through at my nasal tip, so I want to remove all the silicone and cartilage, but they said to remove the silicone and detach the ear cartilage again to refine the nasal tip. I'm tired of the ear cartilage showing through, so I'm trying to take everything out, but if they detach the ear cartilage again and the nasal tip skin gets thinner, the same situation will probably repeat, right?
