When I had consultations at clinics, they said my septal cartilage is short, so I would probably need surgery using only ear cartilage. I have a bulbous nose with thick skin. But they say that in cases like this, ear cartilage is weak, so no matter what is done, the nasal tip eventually droops later on. Is there anyone with a similar case to mine whose result has continued to hold up well?
