My nose is kind of small, and my facial axis is a bit crooked, so I wanted crooked nose correction and tip advancement, but they said that if only the tip is advanced, it would become a semi-ski-slope shape, and if they put in a high silicone implant, the crooked axis would stand out even more, so the current state is the best. I went to about 4 places, and they all did say there wouldn’t be a big change. The crookedness bothers me a lot when I take photos, so in this kind of situation, is it still right to give up on surgery?
