It’s been 5 years since I had rhinoplasty. I had surgery with a 45 mm silicone implant on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Over the past 6 months, the foreign-body sensation from the silicone has gotten severe, so I’m thinking of removing it and just slightly adjusting the nasal tip. I’m wondering whether I should go to a clinic specializing in nose implant removal, or just a clinic that is good at rhinoplasty. If you have any clinics you recommend, please let me know.
