I went to Jeongwon, GNG, and Jeongseok. Overall, their opinions on what procedures I should get were similar, and they all said I should do alar reduction. But one place also said I should do cartilage suturing together, and since only that one place said that, I’m torn. If I’m already doing alar reduction, I’m worried that doing cartilage suturing too might make it look too narrow and sharp. They said that if I only reduce the nostril wings, the nasal tip could look relatively blunt, so they recommended doing cartilage suturing together. But I’m scared it might become overcorrected.
