The nasal starting point has low height and is positioned somewhat high, but the nose itself is sharply raised, so it feels like the nose protrudes too much, and I have a hump. For this kind of nose, is shaving it down really the only option? Also, my nasal skin feels a bit thick, so I’m really worried. What procedures are there?
