When removing silicone through a closed approach, is it possible to lower the nasal tip height too? Even now, only my nasal tip is a bit high. They said that while removing the silicone, they would also lower the tip cartilage to match the height, but I am hoping it could be lowered a bit more by shaving the cartilage or something
