When I went for a consultation about full removal, they explained that after removal, to prevent the nose from turning up or becoming shorter, they would add something and lower the nasal tip, but I can’t remember exactly I think the thing they add was harvested ear cartilage. Could that be right? What do hospitals usually call this kind of manipulation? There are so many terms like something with the nasal septum, something with ear cartilage, something with the columella, nasal tip correction, and so on, so I’m really confused
