Hmm, it's day 10 after surgery, and I'm psychologically anxious because the silicone looks double-layered, so while I'm getting an early removal, I just don't want to be stressed about my nose anymore, so I'm planning to remove everything completely, both the bridge and the tip. I'm going to do it again at the hospital where I had my nose done, but it feels like they don't do repositioning there. If I only remove it, will my nose turn up? Just in case, I had consultations at two removal hospitals, and both removal hospitals said cartilage repositioning is needed. Both said I wouldn't get an upturned nose or saddle nose. I'm a bit worried. Do I really have to do cartilage repositioning?
