Today I had a full removal surgery at ㅅㅇ. When I was 20, I had it done with silicone and cartilage at a local clinic, and I think they shaved down my hump nose then. I hated the masculine look because of the silicone, and the cartilage was protruding a bit, so I decided to get revision surgery. When I was 23, I think, I saw things saying that if you had surgery with autologous dermis at ㅈㅇㅈ, there would be no silicone side effects and stuff like that, so I went holding my mom’s hand They removed the silicone, repositioned the autologous dermis and cartilage back into place, and did surgery for a deviated septum. My nose kept getting more crooked, became a saddle nose, and my left nasal ala bent inward, it makes me want to curse. In the end, at 33, after getting married and having a baby, I had surgery today while on parental leave…
