I can't read posts because my level hasn't been upgraded It's frustrating For my first surgery, they used silicone and septal cartilage, and I had lateral nasal osteotomy For the second one, they used silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage I don't think it was this bad after the first surgery, but I don't know if it's because of the donated costal cartilage or because the surgery went wrong; the foreign-body sensation is so severe I want to remove all the silicone too and live comfortably, but if I've had about two nose surgeries, would it be difficult to go back to my original nose?
