I went around for consultations yesterday. I was thinking about total removal because of a foreign-body sensation and silicone deviation, so I consulted about it. But unexpectedly, I heard that if the silicone is heavy, you also have to consider the possibility that the nasal bone may be compressed and indented, which scares me. The existing silicone has thickness and it's also been a long time since the surgery, so I'm worried. Has anyone experienced nasal bone indentation after removal? I'm curious about the progress of people who had silicone of 4 mm or more in for a long time and then removed it
