Hi For my first nose surgery in early April, I had silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and osteotomy, but the foreign-body sensation was worse than I expected and the change in my image was big, so I had early corrective removal. I talked well with the doctor, and he said he would still do the surgery well even if I removed it. So 2 weeks later, I had the silicone removed, and he said he would leave the septal cartilage in the nasal tip but lower it to match the nasal bridge. Now it’s been a little under 4 weeks since the revision surgery, and honestly it still feels a bit uncomfortable and I regret it. As for the shape too, I think my original nose was the prettiest.
