During my first surgery, I had septal extension and silicone, and I wanted to remove everything from my nose, but they said the cartilage area seemed weakened, so they cut the previously used septal cartilage and didn’t only lift the nasal tip, but reinforced and supported it. If I leave it like this, could side effects come later? I wanted to remove everything because I was scared of side effects
