It’s been a little over a month since removal, and recently my nose has started getting oily. Maybe because of scar tissue, my nasal tip feels tight, tingly, itchy, and the left side of my nose is pinched upward, so my nostril became triangular. I’m wondering if it will gradually come down or if I have to keep living like this If there’s anyone here who’s been like me, please answer
