Back when I had my natural nose, I used to pinch and lift my nasal tip with my hand every day, thinking, “If only just my nasal tip looked like this,” and I wanted surgery. Since my nose was very wide-spread, I thought it would need to be raised a lot to be gathered in, so for my first surgery I used silicone and costal cartilage My current state now is that the front view is pretty, yes yes. Everyone says I got prettier. But now, from every angle except the front, it’s the start of mental distress. It’s so pointy and high that it almost looks painful, and when I smile, the nose stays exactly as it is while the philtrum lowers, so it looks seriously freaking weird. I guess it depends on how much it shows through, but first of all, unless it’s simply an L-shaped silicone implant or the silicone has shifted out of place, having ear cartilage show through at the nasal tip isn’t a dangerous situation…
