I had a thin layer of silicone placed and ear cartilage put in the tip. It’s not an upturned nose, but it’s a short nose, so I’m worried even if I remove it. Maybe the time when I just got filler was better, or maybe I would have eventually had surgery anyway after getting filler periodically. I have so many worriesㅑ Are there cases where people do full removal and then operate only on the nasal bridge?
