Two months ago, after I had a bad cold, two depressed scars that hadn’t been on my columella appeared, so I started thinking about removal and went to all the consultations. I’m currently scheduled to have removal at ㅍ in November, but today I went to my last consultation. But now I feel even more unsettled. At first I was thinking of full removal, but when I looked at photos of my original nose, it was so wide that I felt there was no way, so I’m planning to leave the support strut in place. This nose has currently been operated on up to 3 times, and it has 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, an added layer behind the silicone—I don’t know why they did it in this ridiculous way—donated costal cartilage support strut, I thought they hadn’t done extension but they even did extension, cartilage tying ㅍㄹㅁ 43…
