As you can probably tell if you read my previous posts, for 2 months I suddenly had headaches, tightness in the nasal bridge, tightness between the eyebrows, tightness in the nostril wings, and only the left side hurt like crazy. Gradually, near the left side of the columellar incision line, a vertical red line appeared and wouldn’t go away. Then I’d also feel heat, and the overall swelling would slightly come and go; that repeated about twice over a month and a half. The plastic surgery clinics all said it wasn’t inflammation, and the ENT also said it wasn’t inflammation. Then sinusitis, specifically left posterior ethmoid sinusitis, was found on CT, so I took medication, but it still didn’t improve and kept hurting. In the end, my nasal tip swelled, and then the day before I was going to have the silicone removed…
