Since it’s a nose that had fat removed and was raised a lot during the first surgery, I’m very worried that if I remove everything, depressions or various complex problems might occur So I want to have revision surgery while leaving only the minimum septal cartilage strut, but is it possible to reuse this? If I use again what was used in the first surgery, are there no side effects like inflammation? Assuming the surgical process is clean, I’m unnecessarily worried that opening it one more time and reusing it could cause something like an infection during surgery. And if there are reviews from everyone who removed everything while leaving only the minimum septal cartilage strut, please let me know. I’d be so grateful Everyone, may you all walk a flower path…
