I had my nasal bridge done with silicone, but lately I’ve been thinking about removing it because of inflammation and getting revision surgery. I’ve heard that a lot of people do revision with non-implant methods using dermis or rib cartilage, and there’s also a method that uses autologous rib cartilage for the whole thing, so I’m thinking of going to The Naa, Nose Lab, Misak, R U, and Charmin. But for places that usually do a lot of autologous rib cartilage surgery, would the cost be very expensive?
