My nostrils ended up looking pinched. It wasn't like this during my first surgery, but during the revision, after removing the silicone and my nose became lower, I got bothered by it, so I guess they tied the alae a bit too tightly lol. I am thinking of removing it anyway, since my skin has gotten thinner. Sigh, when and with what money I'll get it removed is really the problem. I'm still a college student, and up until now I've had cosmetic surgery with my parents' money, but taking another leave of absence just because of this one thing doesn't feel right either. Well, what is life anyway? I'll just live as best I can and remove it when I have the money. Anyway, whether it's removal, revision, or whatever, getting on the operating table takes money, stamina, and time, and none of it is easy...
