My first surgery was in my early 20s, and I had it done really cheaply at a local clinic Back then I had ear cartilage, silicone, and alar reduction, and I’m really so satisfied with the nostril reduction. There’s no scar either. But the problem is that my columella is crooked It’s so noticeable from the front, so I just lived with it, but it feels like it’s gradually becoming more crooked, so I’m looking into revision surgery. If anyone knows hospitals that specialize in noses or revision nose surgery, please share. I’m already considering ㅎㄴㅂ and ㅋㅂㅈ, so please recommend places other than those
