I had revision rhinoplasty multiple times, but my nostrils got freaking huge, and the inside of my nose used to be clean, but now there’s severe scar tissue. The implant at the nasal tip also shows through, and under lighting, I can see the silicone line at the glabella lol ha It was a famous hospital and a famous director, but I want to go back to before I got my nose done
